All equipment carries a complete warranty through Milner Voice and Data. The Milner warranty includes on-site or remote service where applicable. All warranties covering individual equipment are fully explained and a copy will be provided.

Preventive Maintenance Agreements may be purchased on current equipment during the useful life of the system. Preventive Maintenance Agreements include hardware and software coverage during normal business hours. These may be tailored to the hours you require. This includes extended hours, weekends, or 24 x 7 if needed.

Remote and on-site service is available on a time and material basis as well.
