User
& Administrative Training
Complete end user training is included as part of any
installation process. This includes complete instruction for
all system users on proper operation of telephone sets, voice
mail, and dictation and logger systems. Our professional
training helps you get maximum benefit from your equipment and
systems.
We also offer pre-training classes conducted
on-site prior to installation to ensure a smooth transition if
desired. At your request, we will also train staff members
that can act as system administrators. This includes minor
user programming so you can move, add, or change users or
functionality immediately.
Installation
Service
Full installation may be scheduled during normal business
hours or after hours as your schedule and business needs
permit. Our sales and project management team will work with
you to accommodate your particular needs.
